ABOUT US

At Mora's Lifesaving Training, we are dedicated to empowering underserved communities by providing free CPR and First Aid certification, as well as free BMI and blood pressure screenings. Our mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare education by partnering with healthcare organizations to deliver cardiovascular health education and emergency preparedness training.

Founded with a passion for saving lives and improving community health, Mora's Lifesaving Training ensures that individuals are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to respond to emergencies and manage cardiovascular health. Through our free services and partnerships, we’re creating healthier, more prepared communities.

STATISTICS

  • ​There are more than 356,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCA) annually in the U.S., nearly 90% of them fatal

  • The incidence of EMS-assessed non-traumatic OHCA in people of any age is estimated to be 356,461, or nearly 1,000 people each day.

  • The location of Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrests (OHCA) most often occurs in homes/residences (73.4%), followed by public settings (16.3%), and nursing homes (10.3%).

  • If performed immediately, CPR can double or triple the chance of survival from an out of hospital cardiac arrest.

  • Among 2,000 employees in corporate offices, hospitality, education and industry/labor:
